internet coaching--please help

Trying to "distance coach" this vaulter which is a new thing for me. He's going to post video and I send email or call. Just got this video and thought I'd post to see what other people thought.

A few thoughts:

Grip a bit wide.
Kick not agressive enough.
Leading leg tucked too long and legs becomes separated at top (arrow becomes wobbly and he's unable to push the hips up (stage 3 does not fire)), or it comes too late.

It leads to a poor extension and inconsistent bar passage.

Are all the jumps from the same session? IMHO, it's alot of jumping for one session. Good plant and take-off. A bit more speed on the runway would be desirable, but probably render this pole to be too soft.

He is starting his turn too late. Once his center of mass, his hips, connect with the pole in his swing he needs to start his turn and at the same time push his hips verticle and drop his shoulders. This will keep some energy stored in the pole and allow him to cover it better. Might eliminate the legs being separated during the fly away.

it looks like he is blocking out with his lower hand... you should plant over the head and drive with the chest... it looks like hes trying to bend the pole with his lower hand which prevents him from driving into the pit which might be the reason he is on such a soft pole that looks like it is having trouble picking up his body weight.

He doesn't stay long through the chord of the pole.
