thanks guys this backs up everything my coach has been telling me

jump at takeoff
lead with my chest
dont get sucked into the pole
finish the vault

but this shoulder thing is new.

im going to look at the beginner to bubka book for some pictures

i dont like taps, that was my coach, i didnt even realize he was doing it.
