be careful with your back...if it hurts at all it is much better to just wait it out so that you don't reinjure it
I think that we've just accumulated poles over the years....it also helps that Clay is amazing at getting Coach U to allocate funds for them when we need them

I got to vault for one day, basically, between coming back from the old foot injury and having the other begin to hurt...it felt so good to just get back on a pole again even though I was going from a short run...aah, I hope I'm getting up there again soon (I haven't been able to really compete since freshman year
