Hey, I'm not the hippie, I'm just wearing the hippie's headband haha not really blake - I love my headband that I stole from you, and you're never getting it back haha. Yes Brit, only on my head now! haha :D

I personally like the headband. It's your trademark...kinda like Joe Dial's knee highs or Bill Payne's mullet.

The headband is where it is at!! I think I am going to try and trademark a new line of them for pole vaulting only... I consider these pieces of equipment more than just cloth on your head, but as a method of condensing the thoughts in your head before you try to jump... It is the mark of a classy jumper... Headband vaulters are taking over!!!

haha my goal isnt quite that big Brit!! I'm so glad you'll be at state!!

Hold on a sec Jess... that meet record is 12'9, your pr from last week is 12'6.5, that's 2.5 inches away, and if you went for 12'9.5", that would be only 3" higher, less than the length of your cellphone. I saw you put close to a foot over 12'0 in practice last night - hmmmm, maybe it's time to rethink those goals????


ditto ditto ditto!!!!!!! (I forgot to say that it was only 12'9, not the 13'1.5.......but still......you could do that!!!)

Jess, you know good and well that your goal is like 16 feet!... and you could totally do it! All you need is a peanut butter sandwich, brit's shoes, and the headband... The state meet record doesn't stand a chance... Anybody that wants to see a freshman destroy the girls state meet record should be at UT on Saturday, May 14th!!!

Your goal should first be to hand someone a 3rd straight silver medal. That would be freaking sweet. You could then tell her, "Wow, I guess this is what it felt like when you won state as a freshman."
