What do you think about in meets?

I try to "think" more like act like meets are practice, but I also act like practices are meets. By doing this there is no difference in the two, and nothing different to think about in a meet or practice. Make your objectives no matter what they are and you will be successful. Those are my thoughts

I really focus on being relaxed and confident. My run is kind of inconsistant right now, so I try and think about coming out of the back slow and controlled and increasing speed all the way down the runway. Besides that, I try to not think too much and just jump!! What you've worked on in practice will carry over into competition and hopefully everything will come together! Calm confidence is the key though!
