Modified Workout
I am having trouble with my rotator cuff and an inflmaed supraspinatus. While I am out what training should I do. I can run and have been but I cannot, jump do plant drill, anything on a high bar, or lift with my upper body. Are there any good drills that I could do. I want to focus on getting my hips up and getting a faster and more powerful swing. Any idea would help so if you have an idea just post it.
