Hy.
Some time has passed, i have overcome some injurys and worked on my technique. So i put a little video of my jumps. Still from 8 steps.
Any comments are welcome.

Take-off looks pretty good. You are transferring all of your weight to your bottom hand when you start your swing. I would recommend moving your grip down considerably (8-12")on a softer pole and focus on catching all of your weight in your top hand while swinging through to the back of the pit.

Thank you. Is that also the reason why i bend my left arm?
I think i'm breaking my movement with that, so my jumps are not very powerful at the top end.

Yes, the reason your left arm is bending is because you are putting all of your weight in the left arm and pulling with it. This will leave you with no energy at the top.

Thanks again, today i tried to fix that and the result was good. Not exactly how it should be but i was better already. So thank you again.
