You got the shoulder rotation and bottom arm bent elbow down pretty well. Nice. You're settling way too much at your take-off step and not jumping. Stay tall and erect and EXPLODE at take-off. Gotta tell yourself "jump off the ground as fast as you can" at take-off. Staying tall and erect will keep you from "settling" too much at take-off. What I mean by settling is your COM ( Center Of Mass ) is dropping too much and you'll never have enough power or speed in your legs to recover quick enough to get that fast exploding jump at take-off you need.

Some quick things...
Plant HIGH (keep the left hand near your chest as you plant, don't let it drop).
Run in FRONT of yourself.
Move your run IN... pick up the turnover rate at the end of your run.
Strive for a FREE take-off.

An important safety note: Never allow anyone to sit on the pads during a jump.
As has been said already, you are running thru your take off rather than jumping up at the take off. This doesn't allow you to be in the proper position to do a 'whip swing'. That in turn doesn't allow you to get inverted. You can see your but doesn't get above your shoulders, or said another way, your back doesn't get past being horizontal. I also agree with the point of trying to keep your bottom hand above your bottom hand elbow during your plant.

Tyler, I did watch your vid, but you've shown way too many vaults for me to look at. Narrow it down to just one or two, and I'll give you a full report! Especially about your trail leg swing ... if you want to rid yourself of that inefficient tuck.
All I saw was a bunch of jumps that looked the same, a run thru, and a bail. You should edit out the ones you don't want comments on, then we can focus on improving on your BEST technique. I'd rather give you some GOOD pointers about your BEST jump than a bunch of useless comments about your sub-par jumps.
BTW, while you're asking those guys to get their buns off the buns (something your coach should be making sure of), remove the poles and bars from the left side of the pit too. You may not think you'll ever land there, but what if?
The way I look at it, you will ... eventually ... land there one day. It's inevitable. So why take the chance of a serious injury? That will kill your season. What would you rather land on ... those poles and bars, or the soft grass?

i figured that why not show some jumps on stuff that went wrong so you could throw your input in on that, but ill shorten it up a bit.

Certainly. You must keep your left hand no lower than the bottom of your sternum as you plant... It should feel almost uncomfortably high.
You won't see this very well in a lot of Bubka's jumps... This is why I believe his plant was the weakest part of his vault! (But of course it was still excellent!)
