Unread postby bulldogvaulter » Sat Apr 12, 2008 5:26 pm

Ok this is me vaulting 11.8 at bells athletics. This is not my highest jump but it was my best video angle. This angle still isent good and I am sry but maybe someone can still help me out. I tend to "V" as i have heard it called and i cant figer out why. I think it is because my trail leg isnt coming around fast enough but idk. I dont have a coach so this could be really helpful thanks.

It is kind hard to tell...

But if you were at bell athletics i would listen to whatever they had to tell you. They know their stuff.
The greater the challenge, the more glorious the triumph
