It sounds to me like your hand grip will transfer over directly to your other poles. 12'3" and 12'6" respectively.... I am using a rough estimate but that should rate the pole very near to what you were using. The 14' 130 isn't going to do much for you however. You probably shouldn't be using that pole weighing 140. Its a good idea that if you are jumping on poles that much over your weight to move up a pole, but do not sacrifice safety and use a pole under your weight rating. Not only will it lead to dangerous vaulting but you will also recieve no benefit from getting on it as you can not move any higher on the pole...

good luck, vault safe!!

Why are you moving to a longer pole?

because my school doesnt have 13ft poles. i used to rent poles during season, but i dont have the money anymore. and i my school has 14 130 and 14 140, so i wanted to know if i can jump one either pole for summer track.

You gotta do what you gotta do... but gripping down almost 2 feet on a 14 foot pole is going to put the sailpiece in a weird position.

If you weigh 140 I do not recommend you jump on the 14-130.
ON the 14-140 if you hold at the lowest grip of -3 inches for the ring and one fott there after the pole will be equal to a 158 rating. I would not reccomend you jump on a 14 pole unless youare jumping higher than 13'6". Doing so will cause timing and technique problems that will haunt your abilty to invert and jump higher.
