I just moved from my 13' 135 pole that i was blowing through, to a 13'6" 145 pole, and when i jump with it i just stall out at the top. i'm gripping at about the same height as where i did with the 13' pole, but to no avail. currently my run is at 63', and my best jump is 11'. any suggestions?

well it sounds like the pole is too big try dropping ur hand held down 2 inches or maybe move back another step

A rule of thumb is 6"=10lbs. Since you went up 6" and added 10lbs to the pole rating, you are up about 20lbs. That's a big jump. Like Nitro says...drop your grip. You could also go up 5lbs on a 13' pole. Lots of options

im having the same problem. . . i was on a 12'6 130 that was pretty old. It broke, so now I'm on two different 135's ones an altius 12'4 and ones a 13'6 skypole, and im having the same problem with both. idk.

The 13'6 skypole will be stiffer than the 12'4. and the pole is a whole foot longer than the other one. Try the 12'4 one first and if you are blowing thru that than you should probably look for a 13'1 135-40 before going to the skypole. The skypole should be easy to role into tho. Just take it step by step and it will all come together no need to jump to to big of a pole it's summer vaulting.
