I'm partial to accelerators, hard to find though. carbons are light and dont kick use slow vaulters. spirits pretty good as are regular glass pacers, although pacers arent as easy to press into as spirits. carbon skypoles are fun but heavy. altius stink because I won a free altius in a contest and I never got it. nordic are heavy big and stiff. skypoles feel slow and stiff to me, but there good to learn on. same with rockets. Old yellow catapoles are real good if you can get on one. black cats are old and scare me( got a 15' 135). Pacer III's rock... if they don't break. I've jumped on three Pacer III's and they all broke. same with older spirits. never used a fibersport, maxima, big stick, Pacer/Carbon FX, new catapole and other various cats, essx( just cause I need a 16 and haven't found one yet, but they look real cool), trainer, or lady poles. my favs are spirits, but if I could get just the right size accelerator...
