lagjump update

Unread postby Lagjump » Sun Apr 06, 2003 6:50 pm

Well fans thanks for all the letters, here is my report update.
Got some letters, some nice and some well not so nice.

Waited a week on the 15'9"ESSX poles going to get them tonight.
A coach suggested to me that I try the new Skypoles as they say they work like ESSX so I am going to get some of those too. Got the attention of other pole companies and will be testing product for them too.
Will keep you prepped on the longer poles. I will be raising my handhold too.

well, if you are expecting the skypoles to react like your essex, you are going to be disapointed.
first off, they have totally different sail pieces, and they are made out of two totally different types of glass.
depending on your level of competition and skill, one pole will work better than the other but in my opinion, essex makes the best pole on the market and i have total faith in Earl Bell's design.
