Anyone with some knowledge, I need help.
We share pits with a high school at a public park adn we want to get a rollover cover for the pits. Does anyone know where you can get this in the states and who and whatnot, we need some location help.

Thanks -

those pit garages remind me of the pit cover we had at my high school. Ours was built by one of the metal classes at our school, and they worked out really well.

The Pit Garage is the best idea I have seen come along in ....well, a long time!

Designed to not only protect your investment, it's multi-purpose design allows it to serve as a pop-up shelter. Jeff out did himself on this one.

Take a look!

I wish our school had one of those, Stupid little 7th and 8th grade football fans jump on our pit and now theres holes in the weather cover, and water seeps through.

Kids were climbing all over ours and jumping on it at the first game. We solved it by putting hurdles around the pit and "roping" it off with security tape. :P

It has worked so far. Of course, the entire oval of the track is surrounded by chain link fence. The football field is inside the track and the PV Pit is beyond one of the end zones, but still inside the track.

do any pole vault pit covers with straps to hold down exist? a wind storm 2 days ago totally blew the covers off my school's pit and then taking the soft cover mat off too.

University of Hawaii has one made by Nordic. I like it a lot better, as it seems more solidly built.

I've seen pit garages with a pole rack built in (basically just a couple of bars hanging from wires attached to the roof. No more packing poles from the field house.
