Ok, just got a quick pole question~ i tried a Pacer FX a few days ago, and i loved it. But i would like to use a Pacer Carbon FX if it is similar to the normal Pacer FX. How sim;lar are the FX and the Carbon FX? obviously one is Carbon, but do they both act the same, or does the Carbon change the pole allot??

Weight is the easy one - The same length and pole rating weight - the Carbon FX will be physically lighter to carry than the the same non-carbon pole - thye both use the FX concept for sail design and placement - response or acceleration potential - most vaulters feel that carbon is a bit more aggressive - hopefully in 6 months I can give you eng. type numbers that may help
