Ok, i jus was wonderin.. cause im not sure : right now i am on a 13' 160 UCS/spirit pole, which i get good bend on, and i weigh 138. i am moving to a 14' pole, what shud the weight be, or a good weight to try??

Agood transition would be a 14, 150 but I dont know if you would want6 to spend money on a pole that will probably be to small after a month or two. The best would be a 14 , 150, 155 and a 160.
On a whole new level 6-20-09

$ or poles gettin too small doesnt matter, cause im borrowing thwe first few poles prolly neways, b4 i buy one. so a 150 would work ??

heh. i just got me a 14-65 from my 14-60, the flew was abotu 1.3 change, so i felt satisifyed. i actually went to carson city to UCS's manufacturing plant. it was so cool. i got to touch nick hysungs pole :D its a 17-220!!!! OMG OMG OMG! anyways, they were really nice, and i got a good pole. im happy with their product :)

Yeah a 14 150 should be the next pole after your 13ft 160. But when you get used to it you will need a 155 and 160

if you want to hear of a big pole, adam keul, who rarely visits this site, had a pole out that i was looking at....it was a 510 (16' 9" basically) pole with a 12 13 something flex if i remember correctly.. (no higher then 13 for sure)......in other words a lower 200 lb pole that's almost 17' long....imagine planting that sucker...
