Pole Vault Spikes

Unread postby CWUVaultGrl » Sat Jun 28, 2003 1:48 am

Does anyone know where to get some spikes that work well for pole vaulting? Or just some names of some spikes that would work. I have spikes that I used for sprinting and would like to find something better.. ;)

As opposed to flats? Yes. As opposed to similar spikes (LJ/TJ, Mid distance)? No
