markings translation

16'1" 180 pacer carbon (grey and black) This is all it says felx wise on the pole 'down to up' at the top of the pole - 91 : 18.6 : 22 (The : means one dot in the middle between the numbers). Is this a pole made 6/18/91 and a flex of 22? Thanks.

looks to me like a 91kg.....flex of 18.6.... not sure on the 22

the 91 would be the year it was made and 18.6 the flex.
