Unread postby pvhigh1 » Wed Jul 09, 2008 11:52 am

I have been wanting to build some still rings so I can do drills for pole vaulting at home but I didnt know where to start! If you can help or have a picture of your rings then that would be great! Thanks!

IKEA now sells a cool ring setup for about $10-15.

Here's a link to the hand rings (http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/00041048). [Ekorre Hand Rings]

They also sell a pair of mounting brackets for $2 I think. Oh, here's the link (http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/80041049) [Ekkore Hooks]

I just picked a set up last night but have not used them yet. They say they are rated for at least 100 kg or 220 pounds.

Cheers.
