Capital Steps Vault?

So I was thinking of ways to get the sport some more PR. How about an elite vault on the Mall (DC) right in front of the capital? Im sure there would be mounds of work to do, lots of $$$ to shell out and it would need at least 2 coaches behind it to get off the ground, but think about the publicity the sport would get and how much fun it could be.
