Em is good and I have used that before a meed but I need something loud before a meet. ACDC, pantera, rob zombie. They all work, it all matters what mood you are in before a meet.

I like to listen to Soundgarden, Stone Temple Pilots, Rob Zombie definitely, a little bit of Audioslave... my favorite song is "I Alone" by Live.

I like something fast and hard from Pearl Jam, Metalica, or Alice in Chains.

It doesn't get any better than AC/DC, Van Halen, and the Who when it comes to jumping. It's all about the time proven classics.
