I was trying to find some good quotes related to Pole Vaulting. I know some but I was trying to find some more. What are some of the ones you have heard or found?

Not too shabby. I have heard the second one before, but still it's a good one.

"Some days you jump well, some days you don't. And then there's days you're better off catching other peoples poles." - Rusty Shealy

non-pv specific, but i like it just the same:
"I'll just major in track, I guess." – Evan Sorenson

that's what i could find when i skimmed through my archives :D
"look, you either join the team and go to practice or do drugs- that's just how it is! it's track or crack!" - mikey

See how ya'll like this one.

There is only one event in Track and Field....the pole vault. It is the first to start and the last to finish. All the other events are there to entertain the spectators.
