Go to TRACK AND FIELD NEWS website and order the BIG GREEN BOOK. Has a much longer version of conversion tables. That's what your track officials use! Or an older version of the book!

Maybe you should put it as a sticky for the time being...it is very useful, especially when your sifting through results online and they don't put the english conversion.
