Been there, done that. Only I landed on my back from about 14' onto concrete with about 1/2 inch of thin rubber on top of it. Took me out for 5 weeks my freshman year of college, lots of soft tissue damage although no bones broken.

Senior year at private school championships, i got a new 14' 150, wasn't feelin to confident on it, ran up, planted, started to take off, my bottom hand slipped off, pole smacked me in the chest breakin 2 ribs...ohh and not landing in the pit face first in the process.
