This situation makes stating PRs tricky...I guess I'm just trying to say that it can be more complicated in certain situations, but ultimately PRs do come down to the highest you have jumped in a meet.

If the PR isn't at a bonafide competition, it is not a PR. There's a big difference between being on during a legitimate competition and jumping a PR than deciding to put the bar up at a PR when you're on in practice.
I once took a shot at 20' feet in high school. The bar stayed up. That's all that matters right?
