Where the wind comes sweeping down the plains...
Stillwater, OK is the windiest spot in the lower 48 states. 9 inch box and very fast runway.
Norman, OK indoors has the old board runway from the Myriad in Oklahoma City. Lots of big jumps off that runway - ask Lane Lohr about it.

I agree, indoor, Oklahoma is awesome with the mondo and the boards. This year they put in a permanent runway on the infield, since they built the new indoor athletic facility next door. Univ of Ark indoor is nice, I hope they moved that big screen TV that used to be behind the pit, little distracting seeing yourself running.
Outdoors: Univ of Texas hands down. Drake Relays because of all the fans doing a simultaneous clap. Abilene is ok with their deep box but when you wait all day to vault, you get tired.
