as a Head Coach the majority of your team is PVers one the first week of practice (we had 19 new kids trying it) simply because you hype it up all year.
Or how about that I have posters in my science room describing elactic potential energy with pole vaulting. As well as kenetic energy on the run way. Or that when they are learing metric to english conversions they range from 12' to 21' on tests.
Or that my 1 year old daughter has a pink mystic demo pole as a toy (You know the like 3 foot section that M-F and other retailers display).

omg! these are so funny; i just started vaulting but has been obsessed with it for the last year! i was reading through a lot of the pages like"haha i do all this" haha!

When...
You're walking around your school campus, and you face the direction of the pit, so you know what the wind will be like at practice 3 hours later!
Your classmates roll their eyes when you bring up pole vaulting because you talk about it so much.
You're on this website more than once a day!!!
And, when you count down the days for practice.

When... your friends are able to identify the name of Jeff Hartwig because of you!

This was kind of mentioned in one of the others, but another thing I do is while I'm working at Coldstone, and waiting for the shake to be done, I'm standing there bending the straw trying to get it to be the perfect bend for a pole!
