Being a child of the 80's mine kinda slant heavy towards the late 70's early 80's era.

early Replacements (before they basically became Paul Westerberg's backing band) - "The Ledge", "Alex Chilton", "I Don't Know"

Buzzcocks - "I Don't Mind", "Ever Fallen in Love"

Hoodoo Gurus - "Miss Freelove '69"

The Jam - "Going Underground", "Start!", "Town Called Malice"

The Clash - "Radio Clash"

and of course nothing beats "No Feeling" by the one and only Pistols...

This is just a small sampling of course. Someday in the newsletter I'll do my alltime top 1000 list from all the songs I have collected in iTunes right now :)

For those of you who havent had the pleasure to meet mr ashcraft.........he is borderline psycho. Just to look at him scares me. If in a bar and getting a little loud you would want him in your corner to take on the big guy with the scar. I heard that a woman has calmed him down quite a bit though.

His photo in the Purdue media guide was suspected to scare the paint off of walls.

Other than that.............hes the best guy in the world.........not to mention with his computer skills he could bankrupt you with a key stroke.

hope the move has you in a great situation Jeremy. You know we will all miss you in the midwest.

later, B

The northwest is one of the best places to be for pole vaulters. Yeah being in Tacoma kinda sucks, but come summer the 9 months of rainy weather will pay off :)

Yea i sure hope so. My first year here in Oregon coming from sunny Cali. They tell me its been a draught this year...but its still a bit of rain for me. We're starting to see subtle hints of spring though...just in time to start jumping outdoors next week  . Worst thing though is that the best three months I don't even get to be here! Oh well...its still a great place to jump.
