Who has trouble sleeping

try getting into a routine ( take a shower, listen to your ipod, read a book
,etc.) also try to go to bed at the same time, too.

It's the opposite for me. Usually I'm very tired after I vault. On days that I don't vault I still fall asleep easily.

yeah i had a lot of trouble with this. what really helped me? i took a yoga class and they do and exercise where you relax your self and try to melt into the floor. it really helps me relax and sleep.


yoga is useful for everything =]

This has happened to me for the last several days after returning from pole vault camp. I never knew I had so many mistakes in my form that I just keep on thinking about it over and over again in my head. It takes me like an hour to fall asleep because Im so hyped to polevault again. haha :crying:
