POLE VAULT BOOK

hey everyone!!!! im a vaulter at cal state fullerton... and well for my graphic design class we have to design a book and we can make it about any topic, and of course i chose to do it on pole vault. we dont have to write the book but we have to get tons of information SOOO i would greatly appreciate it if i can get some helpt with some links to sites or anything that i can just copy and paste and still have it make sense.. i was thinking about having information on training, competition, nutrition, fun activities..all that good stuff.... thankssss !!!!!
