ya that site dont work for me?.. maybe it doesnt work on firefox or soemthing?.
but is that the one where he goes over all weird and like flips and all on his way down?.
and backflips are cool.. its easier than front flips cause ur legswing gives u more momentum i think.. u just gotta do it man.. its hard sometimes cause the pv pads might be alittle soft adn u kinda cant jump too well but if thats the case just put ur hands up and u can do a back handspring.. i always do that if i cant land the backflip and my heads real close to the pads heh.. o ya and make sure to jump straight back, my friend adn sometimes i tend to twist sideways kinda.

I actually like doing front flips more. It's great...I will always remember freshman year at my subsections meet when, during warmup, I did a front flip when I got on a pole from my long run that gave me a pretty good pop. Everyone watching thought that I was going to kill myself because they weren't expecting it
, and then, when they figured out that I knew what I was doing, a few of the girls in line asked me "That was really cool. How do you do it?"

Try this link. I don't know if this is what Scott Go Pre was trying to link to, but it does have some pretty weird flips and turns.

hah i wanna learn how to do front flips while vaulting.. ive seen a few people do it at camp adn at this one meet this guy did it at a relatively low hiehgt for him.. i think its soo cool.. it kinda happened to me by accident one time. i guess i didnt swing for somereason , i think i felt out or something, well anyways i flipped but i kinda landed on my head/neck sideways. my coach got me ice and wanted tocall it a day for me, but it was like the beginning of prac and i had another hour to kill, so after like 20 mins of resting i started up agian. hehe..
i run, therefore im buff.

Well, it kind of happened to me by accident too. Kinda towards the end of freshman year, I was trying out a new, big pole for me (13' 150...ya, I am a girl, was my first year and about 20 lbs. over my weight) because I was going through the 145. So, I wasn't trying to swing up or anything, just going for a plant. I ran, planted, and then, as I was coming up, it gave this pop that kind of threw me, you know? So, being an ex-gymnast and knowing what I was doing/where I was, I just let go when I knew that it was safe and flipped. That's pretty much all there was to it.

talk to carolina extreme about getting videos of spence. he is the best of the crazy aerial that i know. adam is good, but even adam will tell you that spence is nuts. ive watched him throw a double back over 5.0m (warm up bungee) and i watched him clear 5.40 (bar in meet) and then throw a front tuck on the way down. hes amazing
