Help! I need a list of firsts1

I know I've seen it on here somewhere, but my attempts at searching did not help. I'm looking for a list of the names of the first men & women to clear the bar at 12', 13', 14', 15', 16', 17', 18', 19', & 20'. I know most of the men's names, but I'm a little hazy on some heights. (Warmerdam at 15', Uelses at 16', Pennel at 17', Bubka at 20'. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Women Emma george for 14 and 15ft, feofenova 16ft, isi 5 meters.
some chineese woman was the first to jump 13ft.
