**Spiffy Phrases!**

Anybody have any spiffy or funny phrases about running/track/pv i want to hear some. lol. i need a good laugh and some ideas for t shirts. example: "my mascara runs faster than you!" ( i wouldn't say that one to anybody though!). :P

Decathletes do it ten time over two days - and the last is long and slow - some times painful - also vault ugly routinely - the wookie is working with me to cure that

ne more? we had like 207 phrases going on a thread on milestat one time for running phrases! there are a lot more spiffy running phrases i guess. one of my personal favs. would have to be "our sport is your sports punishment!" that one works well for cross country runners. lol.
