Just picked up some Lottie's Traditional Barbados Hot Pepper Sauce and Pickled Jalapenos from Tears of Joy hot sauce shop in Austin yesterday. Those are my two favorite items on a sandwich now. Use Lottie's instead of mustard and the jalapenos instead of pickles. Now that's tasty.

They are indeed all over, even in Canada. http://www.pitapit.com/ for a location near you.
They didn't have one in Athens, GA (University of Georgia), but they opened one in Gainesville, FL (University of Florida) after I moved away... and they have one in Bellingham, WA where I go a lot whenever I am home.

I'm all about some PBH on 9 grain. I've eaten those since I was a little kid.
cnfsedcaligal, you are so awesome for posting that!
Another good sandwich chain is Jimmy John's. There are several of them that I've been to in the Southeast. Also there is this new one in my home town called Lenny's Sub Shop. I am pretty sure it's a chain. Serves some of the best pilly cheesesteak and chicken philly sandwiches I have ever tasted. Then, there are always Firehouse and Quizno's. Mmm...turkey, ranch, and swiss.

This is another awesome sandwich that I forgot about: warm herb focaccia with an herb cheese spread, roasted red bell peppers, guacamole, tomato, spinach, cucumber, and red onion. Kinda messy, but really good. I'm a vegetarian and that is what I get whenever I go to one of the restaurants in my area (Brookfield's).
