Runners need strong legs, Throwers need strong arms, but Vaulters need both.

Its as close to flying as you get... except for skydiving... but this is safer... kinda...

We may only be good for 30 meters, but its a heck of a ride.
(My school's distance coach was making of vautlers saying we can only last in running for 30m, so one of our best vaulters came back with this. It was great)
