Where are you from and what do you do besides vaulting?

Unread postby frozensteele » Tue Aug 05, 2003 2:21 pm

Just wanted to learn a little bit about the people who visit this board!

I live in Temecula, CA It's about an hour north from San Diego and 40 mins from the coast. I am really into music and play my guitar alot. I also am into exercising, not just weights and traditional stuff but hiking and rock climbing (it's a blast!) Also being so close to the beach I am an avid surfer. If I'm not home I'm at the beach!

What about the rest of ya?

Hang out with my friends (usually playing Halo on the Xboxs)
Do stuff on the computer (usually playing games or talking to people)
Whenever they schedule me I'm working as a bagger at Victory Supermarkets...atleast until college starts!

what else do i do to occupy my time?
student
colorguard (which can be VERY painful >.< i had lumps the size of eggs on both my forearms for like two weeks from learning new rifle work)
spend time with friends (hehe...lately i've become obsessed with dance dance revolution :-P i was introduced to the game about 2 weeks ago, and i'm hooked lol)

i'm trying to get a job as a gymnastics coach, but it looks like thats gonna have to wait till next semester bcuz the one gym i applied to is looking for a saturday person (and marching band pretty much screws saturdays, cuz competitions are always then and they take all day) and the other gym never called me back...

i actually went on ebay and bought a playstation and mats so i could play at home...i know kinda sad, but the playstation was only 30 bucks including shipping, plus i was given an extra one that i'm selling for 15. and i got two mats for the price of one in the store. the game itself was the same price, so i just bought that in the store...lol
