Hello, starting training for the winter and i went out to do some 2 left straight pole runs. Right now i know that my biggest problem is my swing because i don't get to the full inverted position. I believe that once that issue is cleared then my top end will look a lot better here are some videos and feedback would be greatly appreciated. oh BTW i apologize for the terrible graphics.

Re: 2 left straight pole
1. Your pole tip drops below eye level. Keep the pole tip up higher and let it smoothly fall past your face as you initiate your plant.
2. Get both arms as extended as possible before you hit the box. You are planting with your left hand low and right in front of your face instead of up high and extended.
3. Raise your grip! You are holding about 3 fists too low, and you will hold much higher when you fix points 1 and 2.
