Sophomore Pole Vaulter-Please Help

Hello this is my second year vaulting and my pr is 4.06m or 13'4". I am having trouble getting completely upside and completing my swing as i cant relax my upper body. Black magic coaching -again! But control the pole in the run up -dont pump it back and forth and DO NOT throw your head back as you try to invert. Could do with a better camera angle but the take off and initial swing don't look too bad.

I do tuck as i throw my head back but when i keep my head forward and swing straight i have issues with dropping my shoulders. Any drills to fix this or other advice?
