So for the past 9 months i have been out with a rotator cuff injury. I came back earlier this week had one practice session and then had this meet. I was running a 4 step from 51' holding about 11'5-11'8 on a 14 135 pole. The bar is either 10'6 or 11 i am not sure. I plan on moving back to a 5 or six step this week so would appreciate any advice while I am still on a short approach.
