Just want some feedback on what I should be putting more focus on in the vault.
Going on my third season and current pr is 4.90.

Sure you will get a lot of comments so just quick response - you are not jumping at take off - simply allowing run up speed and pole to pull you off the ground. I does not help that you are under and that four steps out your hands are much too low and too far back.

I know on this jump my step was under. Could that have any effect on my jump at take off?

Being under means you can't jump or extend through your takeoff, you just get ripped into your swing right away with a low pole-ground angle. It also puts a lot of force on your shoulders and lower back, so injury is a concern.

If you can fix your hands during the plant to stay high & tight, left hand in front of the sternum, right hand close to the right hip (instead of low & behind like altius mentioned), your plant will be quicker and you will get your step out further with a full extension. Then your hips won't get sucked forward so soon, and you will be able to jump off the ground better, and stand up stiffer poles.

All the same, nice jumping for Dec. 3! Seems like a big PR is in your future

Yeah dude I'll throw that one up here soon. I take off at the same spot but I'm just holding lower.
