Last High School Meet

I was jumping on a 15' 170 spirit and i weighed 160 at the time. 8-step. 14 foot bar. standards at 40.

Looks like you're at Mt Carmel High School in San Diego. I had a boy qualify their in 2005 before I moved to Illinois. Nice jump.

it was great jumping and coaching against you for 4 years. you have the ability to jump much higher. Tim set the ground work for you to have much success after high school. stay healthy and i hope you have a great college career

Nice jump, and i gotta agree with "old vaulter". You do have the ability to jump a lot higher. with that form and on that pole, i would say you would have a decent shot at 15+! good luck!

Work a lot this year on carrying and dropping the pole freely so you don't have to support it's weight and you can stay tall/fast.

Also work on getting into a bigger take off position before swinging (ie. slightly forward angle with your trail leg behind your hips under your shoulders)

You swing nicely, and those two things will allow you to maximize your swing potential. Good luck this year!
