This is me vaulting at a meet last saturday. im pretty sure the height is around 11' or 11'6". im using a 13'9" 175 altius carbon weave. i think im holding at 12'6". please tell me what i need to work on!!

There are is one big problem with your jump that is having major damage to your success. The end product, which I'm sure people are constantly telling you, is that you are not swining up and finishing your jump. This is caused at your take-off from not jumping up. At your take-off your hips move forward, with very little upward drive. This may be caused from being under (hard to tell from this angle). Because your hips are moving forward too soon, you cannot allow yourself to swing properly. You do have good speed and might benefit from moving to a shorter run to improve your technique.
