Above is a video of me jumping 13' to win districts.
All in all everything was pretty sloppy. My run was pretty inconsistant, top half was pretty bad, and my swing needed work, but it was enough to tie a PR.
I really want to continue to improve, and ive finally been getting on bigger poles. Ive gotten over 13' 6" bungees at practice and ive had some close shots at 14' bungees at practice (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cpwy9jpzTrk heres one i got on tape). So anyway, Ive been itching to go higher and I really saw myself jumping higher at this point in the season, so if you have any advice on how I can improve my jump, please help.
Thanks, Zach

Re: Room for improvement?
I asked for your standards because you need to drive your up and forward. You are dropping it and tucking your foot under your butt which slows your pole to getting to vertical. Work on jumping an drive upward at takeoff. When you start to get it right, you will be able to move up hand grips and heavier poles.
