So during practice, when the bungee is up that high, I found it easier to swing to to the L position and invert. When the bar went up at 10, 10 6 and 11 however, I didn't really invert. Also, I know that my trail leg totally sucks. I can see it bending after take off and that is an aspect I need to work on. Also, my coach says that I'm going to move up to a 13' 7" 145 or 150 pole so any suggestions on that would be great.
