Hey, i recently went to pole vault city's December camp and managed to get a couple of clips of my vault. Im 16 weighing in at about 110 pounds. The first video was during the second day at camp on what i remember was a 12' 140 holding at 11' 6'' from 5 lefts. The second video was on the third day at camp, i was on a 136 lb. 12' 4 holding at 12' from 6 lefts. The coach was great but id like to get multiple opinions on what to improve on and fix. thanks!

Your run looks great and smooth for where you are at right now. I would suggest this for continued improvement:

1.) at take-off, press both hands upward and maintain forward posture.

2.) Avoid pulling with your bottom hand to help yourself swing. Keep all your weight on your top hand and swing around that.

If you work on these two points, you should go up a couple poles and your vault with look pretty different. At that point, take some more video and we'll work on the rest of your inversion!
The greater the challenge, the more glorious the triumph
