Hey, here's video from one meet, my second to last meet of the season, where I PR'ed by 2 feet.

I am 5'11'', 170 lbs and am on a 14' 175 UCS. This was my third season vaulting
I am looking for critique on my jump. Any comment on the run (needs work), the plant, the takeoff, the swing, etc. would be helpful. I am especially trying to focus on the latter half of my vault and coming off the pole in a prime position. I still tend to flag out. Also, I need help on turning quicker because I tend to hit the bar with my hip as I go over it as if I were laying on my side rather than my stomach.
Thanks in advance!

A 2-foot PR in one meet is just SICK! Way to do!
What held you back before this meet?
As good as you think your bottom half is (compared to your top half), it's actually what's holding you back. Work on that ... and the top half will solve itself ... it always does!

Run. Plant. Jump. Stretch. Whip. Extend. Fly. Clear. There is no tuck! THERE IS NO DELAY!
