These three vaults are on a 14' 165.
Grip at 13'7"
Standards 70
5 lefts at 64'
Thirteen has been a relatively easy height for me to clear throughout my season.
Now though it has recently gotten hard to vault.
I have changed my inversion phase of my jump since this video earlier in the season.
**please excuse anything after 20 seconds. i wasnt able to edit that video.

I've also been hitting my left ankle on the pole as i swing to invert as seen in the first three videos.
I was wondering if what i'm doing is a bad practice and that i should try to revert back to my old ways, or if i'm developing in the right direction.
Thanks for any help!
