looking for some fresh eyes

8 step run
150lbs vaulter on a 160lbs 14ft pole
13'0" vault
Junior holding a back of pole.
Has state in three week and we are just cleaning up. Has gone on to clear 13'03" last weekend.

For having three weeks, i would think his hands could fix a lot of things once he begins his swing.

First off, nice take off, finishes it well.

I think he is using his bottom arm to help swing, and gets stuck in his inversion to a point. If you have him keep both hands tall and over his head, he will invert much better.

I noticed that he tucks in his trail leg instead of swing it long, this will slow down his swing and the rotation of the pole.
On a whole new level 6-20-09
