Bent arms when vaulting...

When I plant the pole, my arms don't stay straight. It's like I'm clutching the pole.

Any ideas on correcting this?

Stiff pole, sand pit. Film it. Tomorrow... It was Fri Jan 30, 2009 9:36 pm when I first talked to you about this stuff... Now it's Sunday Apr 4, 2009 9:17 pm... C'mon now... Where's the drill souleman and I were talking to you about? Where is the 80% drill? Where are the walking plants?

I'll try.
Depends if I can use the sand pit tomorrow. Not sure if I can.
I do walking plants every day...at least 10, sometimes more...I just don't video tape them usually.
I'll try to get one of the guys to videotape for me tomorrow.
