Hey all,
I need some help getting to 10' so that I can be an asset to my track team. I'm one of two pole vaulters at my school to get over 8' so I don't have anyone to really teach me. My coach says to build my form now and it will help me later. This is my first year vaulting and I've fallen in love, sorry that there is no video I only have pictures.

It looks like you are off to a solid start Your coach is right, keep working on the best technique now so that you have less bad habits later.

Keep that left leg nice and long... A good swing will get you over the bar, you have just have to trust it and commit.
